This session presents findings from a comprehensive research initiative examining E-Rate trends across Texas, built from dozens of district engagements, conferences, and support calls. Our analysis reveals that Texas districts have missed over $9.5 million in reimbursements since 2019 averaging $1.91 million annuallyw ith 15.13% of Category 2 budgets unused and 5.89% of committed funds never disbursed. We’ll explore the root causes of these gaps and showcase how forward-thinking districts are proactively overhauling their E-Rate management. Districts in attendance will also have the opportunity to opt into a live funding analysis to benchmark their own E-Rate performance against statewide trends and identify areas for immediate improvement.
