Hillary Robbins is a Regional Account Director at K12 Insight, where she partners with K-12 school districts to modernize service delivery across every department and campus. Drawing from a decade of experience as an educator and four years in EdTech, Hillary brings a deep understanding of district needs and a passion for operational efficiency.At K12 Insight, she helps districts implement solutions like Let’s Talk — a platform that streamlines communication and service management — as well as IT service management (ITSM) and asset management (ITAM) tools designed specifically for K-12 environments. Hillary is particularly focused on how Generative AI can be applied to improve IT workflows, enhance support services, and deliver more sustainable, human-centered service models in schools.
